My rate of pay is £10ph as I have eight years of experience, I have a NVQ3 in childcare learning and development, Diploma in social work, first aid (both adult and paediatric), I have had training with the London Fire Brigade and I have work within both mainstream and special educational needs settings. I am also currently studying and I am in my second year of a social work degree, due to my line of work I also have an enhanced DBS (certificate can be provided if needed).
I am very aware of the needs that children have from infants to young children, I have experience of working with all ages from 3months to 14years old. This has allowed me to understand the need to adapt my working dependant on child's age.
