I am a very passionate family orientated person. I have been baby sitting and looking after children for family and friends since the age of 14 years old. I still look after a 8-year-old once a week regular, sometimes he stays over. I also have experience looking after children from 3 months+. I also have experience looking after more than one child at many different ages.
I regularly encourage children to play board games and take them out rather than stay in the house letting them play video games etc. I believe they need to learn to be social and have fun, rather than stay inside watching TV.
I am educated to Degree Level and fully support how important school is. I enjoy encouraging kids to read to me and use my phone to type messages to another phone I have just to help them understand spelling and writing sentences.
I am hard working and have never been a lazy person. If all chores are done and nothing is left to do, I like to spend time helping children to play and learn.
I understand how important it is to not leave younger children unattended, especially toddlers.
