Hello, my name is Serena. I have experience in supporting adults and young people with various learning and physical disabilities. I have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care which touches on all age ranges, and I'm heavily involved with my 3 nephews who range from currently, 6 months to 11 years old. I am calm, patient and very approachable, and have plenty of experience helping with learning, homework and having fun! I have first aid training, as well as many other certificates that may be relevant to the role such as administering medication, food safety, health and safety and many more.
