Bryony, baby sitter in Countess wear

Hello,
My name is Bryony,

I am 18 years of age. I am a fun loving indidviaul with a passion for working with children. I come from a large family, I have 5 younger siblings ages ranging from 1-16, I have spent my whole life around children therefore have gained a wide skill set. I am flexible and trustworthy. I'm very good at multitasking, and managing behaviour. My brother who is now 7 had some behavioural issues when he was 5 years of age and we managed this in many different ways, some through trial and error but eventually found a way that meets his needs at both school and home.

I have a level 3 diploma in childcare and education which I gained last year. I have completed work experience in four different settings whilst studying, both nurseries and primary schools.
I also have a passion for outdoor education. I have worked with children with special and additional needs.

I am currently working doing breakfast and aftershool club at a primary school in Exeter, I work 25 hours a week. I am seeking further part time (term time) employment, I am also flexible for weekends.

I believe that I am creative with what I do, I'm always thinking of new games and ideas to meet the EYFS framework. I am punctual and very good at time keeping. I have resources that I believe work well with children of all ages which are easily available.

I believe that I have the potential to go far within working with children.
