Ella, baby sitter in Cringleford

Hi!

Firstly, I will begin by introducing myself, my name is Ella I am 17 years old and live in Cringleford on the outskirts of Norwich.

I am very flexible, punctual and hardworking. I am approachable with strong social and communication skills at all levels and enjoy working with people. I am currently studying a Level 3 Health and Social Care extended diploma course at City College Norwich, which began in September 2016. I’m polite, responsible, conscientious and respectful with an outgoing, caring and friendly personality. My attendance at college is high and I am committed to following a career path in the Health and Social Care Sector.

On Saturday's I work at Imelda’s Shoe Boutique in Norwich and have been since May 2014. I work as a Sales Assistant selling shoes and merchandise. This involves using the till, computerized stock control, customer service and targeted sales. It is here where I enjoy mixing with members of the public providing them with a personalised shopping experience.

Over time I have gained lots of experience working with children. As part of my course I have been attending Eaton Hall Specialist Academy. This placement has given me the opportunity to challenge myself to the maximum, dealing with difficult situations such as challenging behaviours, specific learning needs such as autism and dyslexia and one to one support with individuals. In addition to this back in Summer 2016 I spent two weeks helping out at Bluebell Primary School. This helped to develop my understanding of children and gave me additional experience with different age groups. Finally I have previously baby sat for families in my area.

In terms of work, I am looking for a part time job. I am available most evenings for baby sitting, and all day on Friday's and Sunday's. I also finish college at 12 on a Wednesday so would be available after this time. Overall I am relatively flexible.
