Linzi, baby sitter in Cumbernauld G67

Hi my name is Linzi I am 30 years of age and have over 10 years of experience in childcare. I began my career when I had my own son and from there I have worked in nurseries, after school cares and established two parent and toddlers group. I have gained valuable experience working with different background and cultures in the crèche I worked in as many of the families I worked with were asylum seekers learning English as second language. In several of the after school cares I worked in I worked with children with additional support needs and found this very rewarding. I believe all children need support and care, routine and fun to enhance there learning experiences. I tried to do this through arts and crafts, outdoor play and adventure, reading and general fun lead by the child.
