Hi my name is Bev and for the last nine years I have worked in a local Doncaster Primary school with children aged between 4/11.
I thoroughly enjoy this role and have gone onto successfully completing a foundation degree in supporting children. As this role is a low paid role I am looking to supplement my income with something that would complement my expertise and run alongside my current occupation.
I am currently a Higher Level Teaching Assistant which means I am responsible for planning and delivering lessons to 31 children as well as supporting the class teacher. My working day begins at 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.I run an afterschool homework club on a Monday evening and have also done a baking class, reading club and fitness club.I am a qualified first aider and maintain the schools first aid legal requirements.
