Hi my name is Morgan i am 18 years old and i am currently studying to a NC in Early Education and Childcare which will lead me to becoming a nursery practitioner. I am an extremely caring and warm person who loves working with children who can communicate well with different ages and types of children and enjoy helping children meet their goals. I always respect parents wishes and do as they request with regards to the children and if i am within their property that as well. When working with children I have great patience and I'm very calm no matter the situation, I can assess and respond to a situation in a calm and clear manner trying to insure the best for the children and parents. I enjoy spending time around children and can adapt to situations to provide equal opportunities for all children. i already have a level 5 qualification in early years and have worked in a nursery with children and received positive feedback regarding my attitude and general work with the children. i plan activities with the children round what i hear them saying and support their needs for example if i hear that a child may struggle with certain activity types i will plan activities to support this need.
