Samantha, baby sitter - DY1 Dudley

My name is Samantha , I am a 18 year old fully qualified (NVQ level 3 in the children and young peoples workforce) nursery practitioner and I am looking for babysitting jobs to supplement my current part time work as bank staff in a private children's nursery. I have both safeguarding and first aid qualifications as well as a DBS check. As a childminder I am extremely dedicated to looking after the welfare and subsequent development of children and I aim to become a primary school teacher in the future. I have previously worked in a preschool environment for 1 year and loved inventing activities for the children to do in comprehension with the current EYFS standards. I currently work with an age group ranging from 9-24 months old. I am a very hands on and creative person; regularly cooking, baking and sewing. I also play both the piano and guitar but not to a high standard. I consider myself to be quite intelligent with 11 1/2 GCSE's including maths, English and science at A grade, and 2 AS levels in geology and textiles. I am passionate about looking after and teaching children as I come from a background of teachers and I love to play a part in the vital development of a child's skills, mind and personality.
