Charlotte, baby sitter - E14 All saints

I am a 23 year old postgraduate law student, looking for children to baby-sit for - as and when - on week nights.

I would love to help with homework of any subject for primary school children and get them ready for bed, be it after games, a healthy night-time snack or story-time.

As a prospective Family and Child Lawyer, I am a people-person and especially enjoy working with children. At the age of sixteen I enjoyed mentoring a Malaysian child in Singapore with severe learning difficulties, reading to him on a weekly basis. More recently I spent three months in Nepal delivering livelihood sessions to secondary school students who spoke little to no English. There, my creative methods such as role play and interactive games resulted in the students learning a lot from my classes, and helped to establish a deep connection between me and my students. The latter experience has equipped me with the training, skills and ultimately confidence needed to control an excitable and even disruptive group of children, and reinforced my passion for working with children. Moreover, with a one-year old baby sister and cousins - aged ten and twelve - that I have been very involved with growing up, I am a natural with children and would feel very comfortable to be left in charge of your children.

As a former drama student and a Grade 8 Pianist, I will always look for fun ways to engage your children and help them with their homework. That being said, I remain cool-headed in times of crisis, as I did when I managed to save a drowning man's life two years ago. I respond logically to unexpected circumstances, owing to my legal background.

I still hold very fond memories of my friendly and reliable childhood baby-sitter from over two decades ago now. I wish to impart a similar experience upon your children, that they too may flourish from.

**I have an identical twin sister who would be happy to assist on nights where 2 baby-sitters are preferable!
