Currently working I am working as a Senior Nursery Nurse. In this role I plan and implement wide range of activity sessions using effective resources and methods which is based on the EYFS Curriculum for children age 3-5 years old. I was able to work independently by leading activities and collectively in a team; by sharing ideas with team members. I developed leadership and interpersonal skills by working closely with children and this and laid a positive impact on the children's learning.
I have a degree in BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies. From this course I gained a holistic view of child development and different theory. I loved studying the enrichment of children's literature and a range of critical perspectives. I did this from exploring various factors that influence a childhood experience, early years legislation and global inequalities in childhood. I have strong social awareness and gained essential skills from previous employment in supporting and ensuring that vulnerable people receive their potential needs and taken in the best interests of need.
