Emma, baby sitter - G68 Dullatur

I am great when working with children I have been doing it the past two years for my modern apprenticeships in child care and I have been working in different nursery’s to get different experience of all age ranges of children I have also work with children with additional support needs. I also nanny a child who is autistic, I do lots of different activities with her I take her out swimming, I do painting, sensory activities with her. I plan activities for her to do and I make sure I try different activities for her to try. I enjoy working with children. I have also been to African working with children there this was when i was in high school and this was when i knew i wanted to work with children. When i was there i was playing with the children and teaching them a bit of English.
I am wanting to experience working with a wide range of children with a vast range of skill sets and needs.
When I was in the nursery i done lots of activities with the children when i was planning my activities i looked at what the children were interested in and done activities around what they are interested in like - when a little boy who loved dinosaurs i got lots of dinosaurs and made a dinosaurs Island out for him and i also made Dino eggs for them to play with and we also hunted for dinosaurs out in the garden because i had made dinosaurs foot prints for the children to follow and find the dinosaurs.
