Ellie, baby sitter in Hartlepool

Hello my name is ellie, I have been a teaching assistant for over five years and have had lots of experience with children, I also have experience in working with children with special needs and learning difficulties, I have my own little boy aswell. I have three different teaching assistant qualifications and also have a crb check. I would describe myself as a very responsible and caring person and understand that children all have different needs that need to be taken into consideration. I also respect that parents will each have a different approach and routine with their children and I can assure you that I will work accordingly to this.
