Hello
I am a qualified primary teacher with 23 years experience. I have worked in a Nursery for 15 years and was then the Nurture teacher for 3 years. Hence I have a lot of experience with children.
I am more a governess than a nanny and can help children with homework and assignments, reading and writing. The emphasis will be on independent learning and to not just doing their homework for them.
I work for the charity called Homestart and hence have experience with being with babies too.
I am changing my career as I am studying to be a child counsellor. That is why I am looking for part time work, temporary work or random and spontaneous nanny work. My own children are 17 years and older so I am available in the evenings, bank holidays, weekends and emergencies.
I am flexible, positive and easy going!

Shahin, worked for me for in a new children's holiday club over Easter this year. She was a very efficient, hardworking and reliable member of the team. Her commitment and enthusiasm were excellent. She had a very easy manner with the children which made her approachable. Her knowledge and experience were very valuable and I would not hesitate to recommend Shahin very highly in any role she seeks to apply for.
I am a qualified teacher with EYFS experience of 15 years. Hence I am more a governess than nanny. I can help children to read, write and complete homework and support independent learning.
