My name is Bethany , I am 21 years old and I am due to qualify my level 3 childcare qualification on the 28th February 2017. I have worked closely with all age groups and support each child's learning and development through the Early Years Framework Stage requirements. Whilst in my last year of training I provided 1-1 support for a young child who was on the autistic spectrum, I have also grown up with my younger sibling who is also on the autistic spectrum which has gave me greater empathy. I have 5 years of knowledge and experience due to being at college for almost 2 years taking part in a childcare course then re-starting my childcare career in May of 2015. I am a kind, friendly, outgoing and very approachable and enjoy assisting each individual child with their learning and development as I feel it is the most rewarding job you can do. By supporting the early development of each child you are providing them with the most important basic life skills and by providing a positive and supportive lifestyle this will then continue throughout their life.
