Lou, baby sitter in Bournemouth BH2

Hi! My name's Lou , I love to draw, cook, and look after children! I believe all children are intricately unique, and therefore the childcare approach used, should be moulded and suited to them so that they enjoy themselves! I love getting to know the children that I work with, this also gives me a great understanding of a child's specific needs.
I currently work at a childminders, (working towards my NVQ in children and young people) and so spend my day looking after children from 7 months- 9 years old. The diversity of the ages I work with makes it easy for me to adapt, and give the best possible care.
I believe that I am a fun, organised individual, who aids and nurtures the development of children.
