Hey, I'm Poppy
I have studied Health and Social Care at A-Level specifying in Primary school age children. I have always wanted to work with children but my voluntary work along side my dream childcare role, meant I seek a nanny role rather than becoming a Primary School Teacher. I am currently working for Dorset County Council : Children's Services. But I miss the interaction with children. I do look after two girls (family friends on a regular bases. But my main experience comes with my own family. My two younger brothers are adorable but hard work, as a close family I devoted a lot of time helping them educationally but also emotionally as one is a teen now the other is secondary school age.
I already look after family friend children on a Tuesday and teach them so that they can develop in confidence and in their academic studies. Watching their development is honestly a very rewarding process.
I have access to a car and a full driving licence. I am CRB and DBS checked.
