Annette, baby sitter in Grundisburgh

Hello,
I have been working in childcare settings for the past 20 years! (ouch). I have worked with all age groups in various settings, mainly private nannying and in Primary Schools, working with the whole class, small groups and one to one intervention work. I have worked closely with SEN children and encountered many types of behavioural needs that have resulted in a sound knowledge of different strategies to enable more positive outcomes.
I have three lovely children of my own, an 18yr old daughter and two sons, 10yrs and 8yrs.
I have decided to take the bold step of educating my boys at home, and now I am seeking a part-time nannying position to fit in and around my boys educational needs. This would ideally be after school, term time or a willingness for me to bring my boys along on the odd occasions during school holidays.
I fully believe that every child is different and unique, needing the very fundamentals of our human need to be loved and nurtured, as well as, being given the freedom to explore, create and discover through play with the opportunity to try new experiences in order to help them discover a full understanding of themselves and the world around them.
I have had wonderful Nanny experiences in the past and now I am excited and looking forward to finding the next family to work with!
