My name is Jad, I just hit 18 a couple of days ago, I'm looking for casual babysitting mostly because I enjoy my time with kids, and they do too, I was very popular in my volunteering group that most of the kids would call for me by name. What I figured out is that kids will like you when you DON'T treat them like kids, make THEM the boss, and treat them like a cool bestriend and they'll instantly love you ( while keeping an eye on their behavior of course) , qualifications are in the charging rate box, I engage kids in any activity they enjoy, they just have to ask for it, if they don't, I prefer a chill chat with them where they feel like they're independent and in control.

4 years in volunteering work with young orphans where I helped at events with over 100 kids, had a child communication seminar (save the children) , First aid approved by Lebanese Red Cross, taught children English in a free school dedicated for orphans ( some were even 16+ )
