I love children and taking care of them. I went to Greece in the late 1970s to be a nanny and enjoyed every minute of the time I spent there. I met and married in Greece and had my first child when I was 21. I was lucky enough to be a stay at home mum and after my other two children were born I spent all my time taking care of them, running them home, cooking and making sure everyone was happy and things ran smoothly. I was extremely lucky to have a fantastic Greek mother-in-law who taught me so much and supported me when my children were growing up. I strongly believe that young mums need a helping hand and the experience that older people can give. I am a young, fit and healthy 59 year old with lots of enthusiasm and enjoying cooking, diy, home making, walking, reading and lots of other hobbies. I have 3 grown up children and although I have 4 beautiful grandchildren, unfortunately hey do not live close enough for me to be able to spend as much time with them as I would like to be able to do, my eldest daughter lives in Geneva with her husband and two girls and my other daughter lives in London. I think I have a lot to offer to a working family. I have a full clean driving licence and my own car. I am willing to undertake any training and qualifications needed to be able to offer myself to this type of position.
