I am a 16 year old girl looking for experience in childcare and some extra income. I would prefer childcare outside of school hours but where possible I am happy to do school collect and drop-offs. As a qualified Level 1 Aquatics teacher, I can effectively communicate with both children and parents, keep my work tidy and always aim to help the child achieve their best. In addition, my previous teaching jobs have taught me a number of games, most of which include elements of guided discovery. As a current student I am happy to help with school work and extra-curricular activities. I also have musical experience so should that be a route you wish to explore, I could help with sight reading, tone and general practice (specific to wind instruments such as the flute).
I am friendly, kind and honest, and when under pressure remain calm, putting the child's welfare and safety first. I am also very safety conscious, so I would always encourage guided play to ensure the safety of the child.
