Lauren, baby sitter - LA1 Lancaster

Hello! My name is Lauren. I am 21 years old and live in Lancaster. I am in my final year of university training to be a primary school teacher with an interest in special needs and early years. For the past 14 months I have worked in a private day nursery working alongside children from 6 months - 4 years old to support their learning and development. I can provide babysitting as an when required, as well as part time care for your children. I am looking for additional experience working with a family as I love working in a nursery and being an active part in helping children flourish, which I would love to be able to do on a more personal level. I have a range of experiences in different areas, including teaching early swimming, introducing new languages, reading and much more. However, I am constantly reflecting in order to come up with new ideas and revamp ideas that may not have been as successful as desired.
