I don't have specific qualification for childcare but my own mum was a OFSTED qualified childminder for 5/6 years.
I have had my own experience babysitting and minding children before.
I have experience in a kids club therefore understand not only working with large numbers of children at once but also have knowledge in a wide variety of fun activities and games.
