my name is Esra . i am 16 years old and I'm looking for a job suitable for me to support my family. i want to do childcare because i think i have the skills to look after children and also i love kids. i currently study at secondary school and have a good reputation there. i study spanish, business and health and social care. i am turkish and have done work experience with children aged 3 to 6. I've also looked after my neighbours children as well as family friends. i love to sing, swim, dance and love going outside. the skills i have is I'm good at communication, problem solving, i am able to learn fast and i learn from mistakes. i can help children with homework and make sure they understand it. as i am a teenager i know what they're going through which makes me a good applicant for this type of job.
