I'm 18 years old, yes just 18! I have a lot of experience with working with Young children. I have studied childcare now for 2 years and moving on soon to do my level 3! I love working with children and meeting the children's needs. I myself have two little brothers and we have a wonderful bond. I enjoy my placement and get on great within the setting. Getting Down to the child's level is mostly important and understanding them, i supervise the children durning playtime, engaging children in learning and play activities, keeping and updating records, working with team members, maintaining a high standard of operation, and attending staff meetings. I also would prepare the children's snacks, dinner Etc. Childcare is always something that interested me and I do my very best!
