My name is Michelle and i have three grown up children who are 25, 22 and 18. My daughter is doing a degree at Huddersfield university and my youngest son, 18 is due to go to Derby uni at the middle of September. I have a 3 year old grandson who comes to stay with me for 2 weeks during the summer holidays and 1 week during easter. I have worked with children for 9 years firstly as a learning support assistant in a primary school with a little boy with learning difficulties and i now work as a deputy manager of a breakfast and afterschool club at a local primary school in sale and have done for the past 5 years. Now my youngest child is going to university i feel i need to do some little jobs in the evening to keep me occupied . Obviously, looking after children would be my ideal choice as i really enjoy this and find it really rewarding. Due to me working with children i am obviously crb checked (now dbs). I am paediatric first aid certified, health and safety certified, have a food and hygiene certificate and have done behaviour management courses too. I also am safeguarding certified. I am very crafty and enjoy nothing more than a bit of junk modelling with children.
