My name is Sabiha . Currently 17 turning 18 in August. Live in Fallowfield, finished studying at College, looking to do Babysitting for some period of time.

Looking to care for any family that needs it, whether it be a large family or a single child, i am available. I care for all types of children, especially children with physical or mental disabilities. Able to provide the appropriate care for the family, and I am able to support them in every way (with learning, daily activities at home, making sure that the children are happy and are doing something productive with their time, hoping to boost their intellectual and intelligence levels, and also teaching them manners around the house.

My qualities in Childcare consist of Health and Social Care Level 3. i also worked in Tiny Steps Day Nursery with children of various age groups, making sure that their needs were being attended to and that they were being provided with the correct support, treating each child equally. Qualified in changing childrens diapers, feeding them, aware of the health and safety risks so that each child feels safe in the environment they are in.

My experience includes playing with the children both inside and outside of the building. Building their confidence and self-esteem both physically and mentally. Making sure that each child was listening to the authority figure and making sure that each child was clean and in good health. Focused on the key areas of the child: this included knowing whether the child had any disabilities/allergies and if they took medication or not. Played games with the children including arts and crafts/stories/creative writing etc.

I'm a very happy and positive person which creates a good energy around the children. I do discipline the children but I don't give children physical discipline as it goes against the Children's Act 2004. A time-out will be given if children use negative language or hit other children but no physical discipline will be used.
