Jayne has worked alongside me as a classroom assistant to support children during lessons and group work and withdraw children to deliver intervention programmes in one to one and small group situations. Jayne is caring, committed and conscientious. She endeavours to make learning fun and to use her knowledge and understanding of the whole child to build relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Her commitment and insight, not only into the academic abilities of the child but also any underlying emotional and social strengths and vulnerabilities makes her a valuable asset to any team.
