Keri-ann, baby sitter - NG31 Grantham

My name is Keri-Ann and I am 17 years old. I started off with a bad childhood so i mainly looked after my younger brother who was around 1 at the time. After that time when i was round 4 i lived with my nan on my own then my younger sister who was 1 at the time came to live with my nan too. After around 3 years of her living there my nan was diagnosed with cancer so due to our nan being in and out of hospital and stuck in bed all the time i had to watch my sister and look after her whilst looking after our nan too. Our nan passed away nearly 2 years ago, me and my sister don't live together anymore but every time i see her i still look out for her and be the big sister she looks up to as i'm the only role model she has. I currently do driving lessons, but i cannot drive yet.

I am currently at college studying level 2 health and social care as i would like to become a nurse. I am looking to do babysitting in my spare time to help out parents. I haven't got any qualifications for childcare or babysitting only the experience i have had in the past.

Every now and again I babysit my boyfriends brother who is 3. I have recently started volunteering at my local family centre which i used to go to as a child to see my dad. So that is a bit about me, and i am more than happy to help parents who have last minute call outs, picking up children from school and take them home if parents work and if they need a break.
