Rosa, baby sitter - NG7 Nottingham

Hello! My name is Rosa. I am looking to provide part-time care/babysitting work.

I have worked as a nanny for the past three years whilst I studied Biology (BSc) and Psychiatric Genetics (MSc) at university in Bournemouth. The children and I used to play lots of games together, do arts and crafts, and also go on trips to the park and to the seaside. I also helped the children with learning English, as it was not their first language, through both fun and play and more formal activities.

I have also worked as a 'student mentor' through the university to provide one-to-one tutoring and support to secondary school children, including children with additional learning needs.

I am First Aid qualified and have undertaken extensive 'Safeguarding Children' training. I have also worked as a healthcare assistant which involved providing personal, medical and mobility care to elderly and vulnerable adults. Through this employment I received a DBS clearance and also undertook additional 'Medication administration', 'Moving and handling, ; and 'Safeguarding vulnerable adults' training.

I am a friendly, caring and fun person. I enjoy getting involved in all different sorts of 'activities' from trips out to imaginary play. I am reliable and dependable.
