Bethany, baby sitter - TF3 Stirchley

My name is Beth and I am sixteen years old. I am currently at a point in my life where I would like to become more responsible and independent and I believe that babysitting would provide me with the experience I hope to gain.

The reason I am looking into babysitting and not anything in the day is because I am a full time College student (usually from 9am-5pm). However, I have Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off and would be willing to give any help I can on those days.

I am responsible, clever, and sensible but I am fun to be around. Also, I have 3 younger sisters and a baby brother to be born in November. My family trusts me with my siblings and know I can handle any situation in a calm and orderly way.

In 2013, I took part in a 2 week work experience placement at Lake View Residential Home. Whilst there, I was required to carry out the care of the elderly with dementia and Alzheimer's. After this placement had ended, I received an award called 'Heart and Soul Award: Student Most Wanted To Be Kept By Employer'. This experience made me a more conscientious person and I hope to show this when caring for your children. Whilst I'm sure they will make an impact on me, I hope to influence them in a positive way when interacting with them.
