I am a young adult looking for a babysitting or part-time childcare job. I have just finished 6th form with three qualifications in health and social care, a babysitting qualification and I have also gained a first aid certificate as well as a safeguarding children and young people's qualification. I have done several placements which involved working with children and also children with disabilities and mental difficulties too. My babysitting qualification gained me experience in the general care for a child, protecting a child from harm and danger and also playing with a child. I have a lot of experience in carrying out creative activities with a child. I enjoy doing housework and would welcome the opportunity to gain even more experience in childcare and babysitting. As well as having necessary qualifications, I also have a younger brother and sister which has also helped me to gain experience in caring for a younger individual. I think it is important that children enjoy themselves when with a babysitter but there also has to be a balance between fun and the children 'getting out of hand'.
