My names Samantha , I am 16 and in full time education. I am going into 5th year at Perth Academy and have just sat 9 national 5 subjects. I am hard working, conscientious and courteous. I enjoy learning new things and gaining new experiences. I am very active and creative, I love working with children especially those with additional needs, I have 2 years experience with children with additional support needs ages 5 to 18, I volunteer at S.H.I.P and splash, a youth club for children with ASN, I spend Tuesday evenings and holidays working one to one with children with various degrees of ASN. I have completed courses such as child protection, autism awareness, challenging behaviour and basic makaton sign language training. I have also looked after three little girls aged 11, 8 and 5 on many occasion.
As I am in full time education I am only available on weekday evenings and weekends, I am how ever busy Wednesday and Tuesday evenings as I spend those days working at youth clubs and after school clubs for children with additional needs.
