Hello my name is Ellie ,

For the past two years I have been studying health and social care level 3 and as it is coming to an end my passion for working with children has only increased. I currently work Polam holiday club during half term times, summer and winter breaks, I have also had experience working in a nursery.

As part of my role I organise fun games and activities of the children to take part in (all arranged to suit the child's individual needs and age). I find my job very rewarding as I get to see how each child develops socially, intellectually and emotionally.

From my experience I have gained knowledge and understanding about the needs of different age groups, I am very adaptable, patient and committed, I will always go above and beyond to produce a high standard of care. I will make sure that the children I care for feel safe and secure.
