Abigail, baby sitting in Bridlington YO16

I'm 19 years old and I am training to be a teaching assistant. I will hold a level 2 qualification for this in May of next year. I have a DBS form if required allowing me to work with children. I work on Wednesdays 8.45am until 3.20pm and Fridays 8.45am until 12.25pm at a primary school. I am flexible and can be called when needed. Saturdays and Mondays I am in Driffield, however if planned in advance I can skip those days to help instead. At the primary school I am working at, I help to teach 7 - 8 year olds. Meaning that I have experience with that age range and what they learn in schools, so I will be able to help with homework. I am okay doing the school run also, however I do not own a car. Any other age range will be okay for me, I have had experience watching my friends 2 year old nephew as well as being around other children. I also helped to teach children aged 11 - 12 and 13 - 14. I am quite an out going person, so I am happy taking children out somewhere for a bit. Either that be to a park, shopping, or for a day trip by train or bus. I would like to say I know most childhood games, but I'm always up for trying a new one and discovering more of what children like to do. I can bake, so another activity I can do with children to keep them entertained. I can cook some foods, depending on what it is. I am knowledgeable on children's movies and could probably bring one to watch with a child if the child wanted to do that. I also have cats, so I could teach the child about animals and what it takes to care for a pet if that was something that seemed interesting. Pretty much I am open to doing everything and anything regarding activities. I find reading important, so if I ever had an opportunity to read with a child I would be happy to do so. I can travel around Bridlington. Either I can walk it, use my bike or use the bus services. Anything outside of Bridlington would be a struggle due to the train fare.
