Hello.
My name is Lydia and I am 21 years of age.
I am currently in my second year at the University of Chester, studying International Business. Therefore, I am looking for a part-time role fitting in with my studies, however I am flexible and would like to work as much as I can.
I have lots of experience with various aged children, not only from babysitting friends and family, my family have also been fostering since I was 14 years old. We generally fostered children 0-5yrs. I loved helping out with them all the time in all sorts of roles, playing, changing nappies, feeding, taking and picking up from schools and tucking up into bed. I love doing all these things and get such joy from being with children, and seeing these children happy even though their little lives aren't as they should be.
Also, having worked for a holiday company for a couple years before university, I did a couple months of Kids Work in one of our hotels. This role entailed doing various activities with the children throughout the day ie crafts, hide and seek and ball games. Then also cooking, preparing and joining them for lunches and dinners. Again, I absolutely loved this 'job' and spending time with each child.
Thank you very much for taking your time to read through all I have written. It would be so much appreciated if you considered me to help you take care of your little ones. :).
Occasional babysitting | $10.00 per hour |
Partial / after-school care | $10.50 per hour |
The research I have done has shown the pay ranges from £10-£16. Although I love children, hence choosing the lower end of pricing, caring for children and ensuring they are at their happiest, is constant 'work'.
