My name is Saoirse, I’m 18, and I have always expressed an interest in childcare. I have just finished my A levels in health and social care, applied science and Welsh bacc and I hope to go on to university in September to study childhood and youth studies. I have had experience with childcare whilst I volenteered in a nursary for 6 weeks last summer, this involved assisting the staff whilst taking the children on trips, and engaging the children in activity’s, I also went to romainia in the summer of 2015 to do charity work this involved teaching children English in a school, I also helped out in an after school club there. In 2016 I did my work experience in a primary school for 1 week, this involved working with a variety of age groups and assisting with there school play. I am looking for some work over the summer I would be happy to work anytime.
