My name is Maddie and I am currently looking for work during my gap year before I head off to university to study Psychology. I am an active, friendly and sociable person, who loves animals, reading and writing.

I am currently looking to either babysit or help with general care of children, such as picking up from school, after school care, before school care, etc.. It is also of note that I have my own car and hold a full UK driving license. I consider myself a careful yet confident driver.

As a person, I get on very with children and love working with them. My main experience is with children aged 2-13, however I get on well with children of all ages. My main qualities as a child carer is that I am considerate, friendly and will adapt how I interact with children depending on their own personality and how outgoing they are themselves.

My younger brother is now 12 and I have looked after him on an adhoc basis since he was 8. (I would have been 15 at the time.) I have also experience babysitting my cousins who are aged three and five currently. As well as this, I have helped out at primary schools in the past and generally get on well with older children!

I am an imaginative person and know many games and activities to amuse children- these vary on the ages of the children, and range from individual activities to group ones.
