Beth, baby sitting in Creswell

Hi to anyone reading this!
My names Beth & I'm 21 years old. I recently became unemployed due to moving area and not being able to commute to my old job- which was working in a residential home, I hated having to leave!
I have around 18months experience working in this care setting and can provide excellent references if you would require any. Please note that even though my young age might put people off, I'm a very responsible mature person.
I love caring for people, although I am trained with older people I could see myself working with children, as it have the basic knowledge and common sense to provide any care but obviously alter it slightly to relevant client. I have family experience of caring for children and also did some work experience at a local primary school.
I like to think I'm quite a happy go lucky person who tends to get on well with anyone and finds it easy to talk to pretty much anyone I come across!
At the home as well as the usual care tasks I also took residents to appointments, created activities and encouraged people to join them, helped on day trips, cleaned the home and kept on top of laundry- so would be more than happy to help do this in any other jobs.
I mainly live in the worksop area but do spend 3-4 days a week in the Calverton, Nottingham area so if you see my address and wonder why I'm applying for a job far away, I'm not!
