Hello, my name is Bobbi-Jo. I am currently finishing my final month of a level 3 extended diploma in children and young people's workforce at Kidderminster college. I find working with children an extremely satisfying job. I am friendly and love to interact with children by encouraging a range of activities. I enjoy involving children in creative and physical play, producing pictures and items that can be used to show families of all the fun they've had. I am trustworthy, approachable and flexible. I have a great understanding of child development and current curricula and frameworks benefiting my support of children. I have support children from 3 months to 5 years based in 3 different early years setting. I have carried out a vast amount of activities to support learning through all developmental area's. I have worked with culturally diverse children and children with English as an additional language. I have a great relationship with adults I work with and have brilliant communication skills.
