Hello my name : Romena
i am 20 years old
and have 5 years experience in childcare field

I’ve always loved spending time with children as I baby during weekends and want to spend my life teaching children as I have so much to offer. I want to become an early year’s teacher as I’ve got the skills and attributes for effective teaching as I've been told by school staffs. Another reason I want to become a teacher I want to have the chance and ability to help children have a great start to their educational future.
Many aspects I’m aware of, such as preparing/marking work, following the EYFS, an engaging with each child. Through my experience/talking to teachers I’ve observed how I have to be patient and be understanding. As children are vulnerable we should never lose our temper. Children who will be difficult to teach/control due to various reasons should not be segregated. Situation like these I’ll try my best teaching ability to help them develop concentration skills and make learning enjoyable. If there are children who have disabilities, I’ll make sure there’s support to meet their individual needs.
