Hello, I'm Aditi! I'm 29 and currently living in London for six months. I run a remote digital marketing business, which allows me the flexibility to work from anywhere. While here, I’m excited to spend time with my family - my cousin and her family live nearby, and my sister is studying at the University of Greenwich.
What Type of Care I Offer
I’m available for a variety of childcare services, including babysitting, nursery or school drop-offs and pick-ups, engaging children in playtime activities, storytelling and reading, and even helping with light homework or creative projects. I’m happy to adjust based on your family’s specific needs, whether it’s one-off care or a more regular arrangement.
My Qualities as a Childcarer
I pride myself on being caring, sensitive, and loving – qualities that children naturally respond to. I believe in creating a warm and nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable and happy. I’m also patient and attentive, ensuring that I can meet the unique needs of each child.
I especially enjoy activities that encourage imagination and learning, such as storytelling and reading books aloud. Whether it’s bringing their favorite characters to life or introducing them to new adventures, I find reading to be a wonderful way to bond and inspire creativity. For younger children, I love engaging in interactive play, such as puzzles, building blocks, and crafts that support their growth and development.
My Experience with Children
I absolutely love kids and have experience caring for them. Back in my home country, I worked as a substitute volunteer teacher for play school and primary-aged children for two years. Over the past two years, during my trips to London, I’ve been actively involved in caring for my nephew, who is now 2.5 years old. I’ve been helping look after him since he was just six months old, including engaging in his daily routines, nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, storytelling, and spending meaningful time with him through play and learning activities.
Why I Offer Babysitting Services
I’m looking to offer babysitting or childcare services because I genuinely enjoy being around children. Their innocence and pure joy are a source of positivity and fulfillment for me. In addition to exploring the city and focusing on my digital marketing work, I’d love to dedicate a few hours each week to spending time with kids.
