Elliot, baby sitting : England

Hi im Elliot i am looking to help out people who could do with some assitance. my experience is with nieces and nephews as well as scouting and i have recently completed my tecahing assistant course in college so i have done work in a school as well. I am hardworking , dedicated and am very patient and enjoy having fun doing various activities such as crafts and outdoor activities .I do not own a car but can travel as I have a bike but have no issue getting a bus or a train if required. I am fine with animals as well and do not mind taking them out for walks or feeding if that is also neededI have experience in working with children with different abilities through various volunteering roles such as scouting and volunteering at a primary school by getting involved in both of these voluntary activities I have developed a lot of skills. Some of the skills I have developed are maintaining professional working relationships with pupils and fellow staff as well as time management when it comes to working to a deadline. Within my 14 years of scouting I have had to work as a team to plan and run various activities. Another skill I have developed is my communication skills this has happened as I have had to communicate to people much younger and older than myself. I am also comfortable working independently as well.

I have had some experience working with children of different ages mainly ranging from five to fourteen which I feel has provided me with a lot of information and experience when it comes to child development which I believe would assist me in fulfilling this role as well as knowledge and understanding of special educational needs. I think with the skill set I have mentioned I would be suitable for the role and look forward to hearing from you in the future
