Margot, baby sitting - EX2 Exeter

My name is Margot and I am about to turn 19. I grew up in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and attended school in French for about 10 years, so I am bilingual. I also studied Spanish at school for 7 years and am able to hold a conversation and understand almost all of it. I am now about to start my second year studying International Relations and Sociology at the University of Exeter.

I love children and have a younger sister (2 years younger) and younger cousins (aged 6 to 13) who I have grown up looking after. I have also babysat for a family who have 2 young children in Switzerland when I was about 14 and I loved entertaining the children and getting them ready for bed. I was also very involved with the younger childrens' after school activities at my school in Switzerland for 3 years. It was part of a programme called 'Mentoring in Training' for secondary students to help teachers run after-school activities in the primary school. Through babysitting and mentoring younger children, I gained patience and communication skills and I really enjoyed working with kids.

I would love to find a family who needs a babysitter during the week nights or weekends preferably, which would fit well around my university schedule.
