Alisha, baby sitting in Harlow CM18

My name is Alisha, I am 19 years old
I am looking for work in babysitting or after school nannying or anything similar
I have worked in a child centre the last year and a half. Mainly in a preschool that caters for children 3-5 years old. I have a very child centred approach and it is all about meeting their needs and helping them learn and grow. I have my own key children at work and I hold activities once or twice a week with either children individually or as a group. I then take observations and document them in a learning journey to see what area we need to focus on in their learning development. I often focus on games and messy play like play dough or paint, but mostly concentrate on what each child is mainly interested in and what parents are comfortable with me doing.
