My name is rebecca , im 18 years old and i am currently studying healthcare in college and my course is almost done. I am looking for any care possible, i work really well with children and i am able to adapt to their personalities and needs. I have been in scouting for 11 years now and because of that i am now a leader and look after around 90 kids a week from 6:30-9. My job as a leader is to entertain the kids as much as i can, for example, we organise a wide range of activities and games to suit each child. For every game and activity we always provide a risk assesment to ensure the saftey of the kids. If any kids have a disability, learning difficulty or behavioural issues we always find a way round that problem so they are able to learn and join in with acitivities and games. I would deffinetly consider my scouting as a well learned experience with kids.
