I am a 27 year old woman who currently co-runs a green-economy business from home but has experience in environmental education (nearly 2 years running outdoor education for an environmental charity), adventurous activity leading (6 months at PGL), and voluntary experience with a local museum and Scout Association. I also recently started Primary teacher training but stopped after 2 months for personal reasons and preferring to work one-to-one rather than in a whole-class environment.

Since my business does not involve working with children, I am looking for an opportunity to continue that aspect of my work part time alongside my existing business.

I have yet to work as a private childcarer so you would be having a newbie with me, however I strongly believe that my years of working with children in engaging settings will transfer wonderfully to work as a childcarer. As a highly educated individual with teaching experience, I know that my skills and knowledge will be beneficial to any child needing support with homework.

I am an avid reader, enjoy swimming, caving, walking (usually with the dogs) and music. I find that there is much wonder in the world we live in, particularly in the outdoors and enjoy sharing that with others when appropriate.
