Marina, baby sitting in Leighton buzzard LU7

Hello, My name is Marina and I am 16 years old. I have been working as a babysitter for the last 2 years and am well accustomed to caring for young children ranging from ages 1-10 due to caring for younger siblings and cousins as well as babysitting for neighbours and family friends in the local area. I currently have a first aid qualification and start Sixth form in September. Due to me still being in education (sixth form) I would only be able to babysit or provide part time care from 3:30pm onwards.

I am a very responsible person and good at following parent's instructions through regarding bedtimes, makings of meals and helping kids with homework. I have 10 gcse qualifications ranging from A*-C, and participate in Ear4U at school, a service run by the school's student support centre which involves older reliable students such as myself running private 1 hour sessions for students in younger years who may struggle in school due to problems either in their private life or school life, in these sessions I am there to support the student by listening to any problem they wish to share and often running small activities to help them relax or distract them from any problem they're currently facing.
Whilst babysitting I am happy to play any games the child enjoys whether that is board games, card games, or games involving technology, having also been involved in quite a few school sport teams should the child want to kick a ball around in the garden or play catch I am also happy to oblige. I usually help my own mum around the house so feel free to ask me to help with any housework you may need doing such as doing the dishes or hoovering.

I am a very friendly person and come from a big family which has helped shape me into a patient, confident, social person, as well as make me mature for my age. I find it easy to adapt to whatever the child I am currently babysitting needs whether thats a talkative babysitter or a more reserved one and have always been a fast learner so should there be a specific meal your child likes that I do not know how to cook I'm sure to learn it asap.
