Laura, baby sitting - L37 Formby

I have recently finished my Psychology (BSc Hons) degree at the University of Chester and I am very keen to pursue some work babysitting. I am reliable, friendly, trustworthy and punctual.
I live in Formby, with my own car and I do not smoke. I am capable of all aspects of taking care of children. I have always enjoyed looking after and working with children.

I have completed work experience and have volunteered in a Formby Primary school as a classroom assistant as a general helper. As my dad is the headteacher I am often helping out at school events with the children such as summer fairs etc.

Throughout sixth form I worked as a volunteer at Range High School’s ‘Links Club’ for autistic children one night per week. This has enabled me to develop my communication skills, be confident when assisting the children and to be able to adapt my plans when necessary. This taught me about autistic spectrum disorder and the importance of disability support.

Throughout my degree in psychology I studied many different aspects relating to children and believe I am very understanding of their needs.
