Layla, baby sitting in Maidstone

Hello! My name is Layla, I am sixteen and offer babysitting at evenings, or after school, as well as full-day care at the weekends. I enjoy working with many different people and consider myself a chatty and helpful person, which I believe fits the role for a babysitter or part-time child carer. Moreover, I am a good listener, who follows instructions well, but I am also able to take the initiative when needed, for example at school, I was project manager of a younger group of students to help run the school magazine. I have had previous experience of working with children at a summer playscheme, where I needed to be sensitive and understanding of other’s needs. Often, I would help children if they were missing parents or feeling upset - a valuable skill to have. I have passed all 11 GCSEs I took, with 1 A, 7 Bs and 3Cs, and therefore feel I could easily help chidren if they were struggling with any academic studies.
